This policy explains what information OCCAZORA collects when you enquire about or order a digital invitation, celebration website, digital visiting card or other website, and how we use it.
When you press Send Enquiry, the details you entered are sent securely from our website to our mailbox (mail@occazora.in) so that our team can reply. The website does not keep a separate copy in a database. If you choose to contact us by WhatsApp or email instead, those messages are also subject to the provider's own terms and privacy policy.
The sample previews on our website (the sample invitation website and the sample visiting card) run only in your browser. Anything you type there is not sent to us or saved.
We do not sell your information. We do not use your photographs or project content in our portfolio or social media without your permission.
We share your information only where needed to deliver your project, for example with a hosting or domain provider for an invitation website you have ordered, or where the law requires it. Anything published on an invitation website you approve can be seen by people who have its link.
We keep enquiry messages and project files only for as long as we need them to respond, deliver and support your project, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless we must keep it for a legal reason.
This website does not use cookies, advertising or analytics. Our web server may keep standard technical logs and a short-lived, anonymised record of form submissions per connection to prevent spam. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps open those services, which have their own privacy policies.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so please share only what your project needs.
For any privacy question or request, email mail@occazora.in or message us on WhatsApp at +971 55 672 5046.
We may update this policy when our services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
